Set targets

· Aim to walk “X” miles in 1 week and build up from there.
· Time yourself, how long will it take to walk from the bus to home, or to the shop
· Aim to take the stairs twice a day instead of going in the lift.
· When using a small trolley at the super market, when you’re done leave the trolley at the door and carry you bags to the car.
· When using a big trolley, park at the back of the car park and return the trolley to the trolley bay.
